The aim of this research is to determine the predictive power of perceived authentic leadership levels of school administrators on the teachers' professional motivation. In this study, correlational design was used. Respectively, stratified and randomly cluster sampling method were used. The sample contains 43 schools and 436 high school teachers. “Authentic Leadership Scale” and “Business Motivation Scale” were used to collect data. Pearson and regression analysis were used. As a result of the research, it was concluded that there is high level positive relationship between the authentic leadership and the professional motivations. Also the authentic leadership qualities of the school administrators are the strong predictors of the teachers’ motivation level.
