In this study, it is aimed to determine the relationship between the empowering leadership behavior levels of high school administrators and the psychological resilience of teachers. Relational survey model was used in the research. The universe of the research consists of 1265 branch teachers working in a total of 45 schools, 43 Anatolian and 2 Science High Schools in the city center of Batman in the 2020-2021 academic year. The data obtained from 318 teachers were analyzed in the research. In this research, “empowering leadership scale” and “psychological resilience scale” were used. As a result of the research, it was determined that high school administrators' perceptions of empowering leadership behaviors were at a "good level". It was observed that teachers' own perceptions of their resilience were at a "moderate level. As a result of the correlation analysis made in the research, it was found that there is a positive and moderately significant relationship between the empowering leadership behaviors of school administrators and the psychological resilience levels of teachers. In addition, as a result of the regression analysis, the empowering leadership behaviors of school administrators in general significantly predicted level of the psychological resilience of teachers.
