Organizational loyalty is personnels’ approval of aims and values in organizaton; making effort to accomplish these aims and will of keeping up their membership in the organization. As for Organizational support, It is personnels’ feeling safe and sound and recognizing the presence of organization when the things go bad. In competitive clauses of present day; the key element for organization’s keeping up their existance in efficent and abundant way is human resource that the organization possesses. In achiving organizational proceedings; human resource has a huge role and for human resources’ fullfilling their organizational roles, organization needs to find, develop and apply factors to motivate its employees. Thus; the main objective of this workout is to inquiring whether organizational support; one of the factors which effect the formation of organizational loyalty; has an impact on organizational loyalty, or not.A survey is prepared to test hypothesis of this reason and evaluate fickles of this survey. To analyze the gathered data, solidity test and correlation analysis were applied. As to the result of solidity test, solidity rate of the measure was found as 0.88. In a food enterprise; located in the center of Eskişehir and rustling in public sector; the application was done utilizing the survey technique; and by the help of the data gathered sub-variables’; which are related to organizational support; effects on subvariables of organizational loyalty was detected as a result of statistical analysis
