This study aims to focus on organizational culture which should be evaluated as a whole in local authorities and to determine employees’ perception of organizational culture. For that purpose, in the organization taken as case study, available and overwhelming dimensions of organizational culture are revealed and dimension or dimensions that are adapted by organization’s personels are also evaluated. Quantitative and qualitative methods are used for the survey which includes questionaire (281 persons) and by interview (11 persons). Research results are showed that success and support culture in organization is in the foreground. And by that result, it is revealed that the organization’s culture is new, but at the same time it is adapted by its employees
