Because of globalization, companies are looking for advantage of competition. Organizations realized that success in competition can be achieved not only by factors such as research and development, modern marketing, technology, but also the basis of success lies in giving priority to human. With the realization of the importance of human, organizations started to be engaged with issues such as job satisfaction and organizational loyalty. However, it is wondering how this concept placed in businesses and how much expectations of employees are met. This research aims to examine the impact of the relationship between organizational loyalty and job satisfaction. Data for the study were obtained from a company’s employees through questionnaires. The data which obtained research results were analyzed with SPSS program using ANOVA and t-test. The job satisfaction level is higher at the senior employee. This situation gives the same results in the analysis of organizational loyalty. The employees who spend more time in organization have more organizational loyalty than employees who spend less time in organization.
