The aim of this research was to determine teachers and students observations concerned with the project based learning in the science and technology lesson learned in primary education schools. Total 402 students and 150 teachers, in Samsun center, were participated in this research. The questionnaire which was included two parts, demographic information and the questions of project based learning in science and technology lesson. General reliability of student questionnaire was accounted as .80, general reliability of teacher questionnaire was accounted as.71. According to students and teachers’ views, while students observations did not change in the direction of gender and study room, there were observation differences in respect of grade attended, sibling number and education position of the parents. However, there was not any difference in respect of subproblem at the teachers’ observations.
