Özet:

Abstract: The interest of Mehmet Feyzî Efendi, one of the last Islamic scholars and admirer Turkish nation and homeland, especially on the national issues is an important point that separates him from other Islamic scholars. In addition to being a rare example of Islamic morality and virtue, he is also a great thinker who always emphasizes “Turkishness proud and conscious” throughout his life and never hesitates to express his this direction. However, it cannot be said yet that Mehmet Feyzî Efendi has been studied enough and his opinions have been discussed in the world of science as required. So to speak, we think that his ideas accepted by community are as much as a part of a big iceberg according to his unknown directions. We see it necessary to discuss his scientific personality and ideas in the necessary scholarly platforms and universities, to prepare theses, articles and books on these subjects, so that his thoughts will be accepted by the whole Turkish nation. Here, in this work it is focused on Mehmet Feyzî Efendi’s ideas on Turkish-Islamic synthesis.
