Today, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) systems have begun to be widely used, as well as piloted aerial vehicles used for military and civil purposes. The usage rate of unmanned aerial vehicle systems are increasing and usage costs are gradually decreasing. For this increasingly expanding range of aircraft, military air vehicles are classified as Mini, Tactic, Male (Medium Altitude Long Endurance) and Hale (High Altitude Long Endurance). The purposes of this article, conceptual design process of Hale (High Altitude Long Endurance), an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, were investigated and air vehicles of similar categories were examined and conceptual study of points to be considered in task needs, geometric design and cost analysis were done.
