The last battle of the Suleiman The Magnıfıcent, one of greatest Ottoman sultan, was the conquest of the castle Szigetvar. The most famous of these works are Feridun Ahmed Bey’s Nüzhet-i Esrâr-ı Ahyâr der-Ahbâr-ı Sefer-i Sigetvâr’ı, Âgehî’s Fetih-nâme-i Kal’a-i Sigetvâr’ı, Merâhî’s Fetih-nâme-i Sigetvâr and Mustafâ Âlî’s Heft-Meclis. One of these texts is Fezail-i Cihad which describes the concept of jihad in Islam is important book written by Bakî. At the beginning chapters of this book, Bâkî praises the emperor and his grand vizier. This section describes the conquest of Szigetvar castle by Suleiman the Magnificent. According tocurrentknowledge, this text can be the firstbook written about the conquest of Szigetvar castle. In this study, after a shortly description of the Works about the conquest of Szigetvar castle, the content of Bâkî’s text compared with other works. In the last chapter, The new letter form and simplified form of the text will be submitted to the attention of researchers
