The aim of study is to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship and to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence on organizational citizenship behaviour for hotel employees. In this context, data set is used that collected from hotel employees which working in 4 and 5 star hotels in Balıkesir.The findings of the study revealed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational citizenship behaviour and emotinal intelligence of hotel employees and hotel employees' emotional intelligence has an positive effect on their organizational citizenship behaviour
