The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship/interaction between perceived organizational policy and employee alienation, and the moderating role of the employee job stress in this relationship. The sample of the study consists of 441 employees working in 4-5 star hotels in Nevşehir. Data collected for the study were tested by regression analysis using appropriate statistical package programs. The results of the study showed that there was a significant and positive relationship between perceived organizational policy and employee alienation level. In addition, it was determined that job stress plays a moderator role in this relationship. In fact, In low stress levels, organizational policy has no meaningful effect on work alienation, but it is found to be significant effect in moderate and high stress levels.
