The main purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between organizational climate in hotel enterprises and emotional labor behaviors of employees. Within this approach it has been tried to explain the organizational climate and emotional labor concepts in the research. In order to determine the relationship between organizational climate and emotional labor, a survey has been carried out on 228 employees of eight hotel establishments which serve their guests throughout the year in the Marmara Region of Thrace and the data obtained from them has been analyzed by using statistical package program SPSS 13.0. In the result of the analysis, it has been found that employees believe that it is necessary to suppress their real feelings in the service production and guest communication processes and it has been found that the commitment and participation of their organizations are effective in suppressing their real feelings. Likewise, it has been concluded that employees think that the levels of exhibiting emotional labor affect the dimensions of organizational climate
