In this research, it is aimed to determine the effects of working time in the organization and the job change frequency on organizational commitment levels of employees working in hotel establishments. Application field of the research consists of 397 employees working in 5 star hotel establishments in Ankara. In order to point out employees' organizational commitment, “Organizational Commitment Scale” has been used as a means of data collection. Employees' organizational commitment has been examined in two dimensions as attitudinal and behavioral commitments.
