Aim of this study is to determine psychological contract and psychological contract breach perceptions of the employees of accommodation enterprises and to discover how it affects employees’ job satisfaction and intent to quit. For this purpose, a model was proposed to define the impact of psychological contract and psychological contract breach in accommodation enterprises on job satisfaction and intent to quit and this model were analyzed via regression and logistic regression. Within the scope of field study, four and five star hotel enterprises was included and data were gathered through survey method. As the result of the study, it was discovered that the psychological contract perceptions employees of accommodation enterprises psychological contract and its dimensions (transactional relational) had a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. It was also found out that relational psychological contract perception and psychological contract breach had an impact on the intent to quit.
