This study aims to determine the levels of employee job satisfaction and examine hotel empoyees 8217; intents to quit The sample of study includes employees of 3 4 and 5 star hotels working in the Easthern Mediterranean Region of Turkey Factor dimensions of the scale developed are 8220;Communication and Integrity 8220;Promotion 8221; 8220;Supervisors 8221; 8220;the Nature of Work 1 8221; 8220;the Nature of Work 2 8221; 8220; Wages and Benefits 8221; 8220;Independence 8221; and 8220; Management 8221; The study findings suggested that the most important factor which affect job satisfaction of employees were 8220;Supervisors 8221; The other findings suggested that when job satisfaction increases intent to quit declines In this research findings further suggested that the most important factors which affects intent to quit of employees were 8220;the Nature of Work 1 2 8221; Key Words: Hotel organizations Job Satisfaction Intent to Quit MSQ JSS CSQ MOAQ Questionnaires
