After the World War II, Korean Peninsula was divided among two contrary different states in terms of ideology. In 25 June 1950, the war started between two states, Democratic People's Republic of Korea ( North Korean), Republic of Korean (South Korean). Following this development, The United Nations' Security Council held an emergency meeting with attempt of The U.S. and invited to participate in studies to conduct by states connected with its. Turkish governmet, founded by Democratic Party, accepting this invitation with the Council of Ministers' decision made in 25 July 1950, took decision sending troop which consisted of 4.500 people in the first chapter to Korean.this decision made in the process when foreign politics was much more powerful than parties in Turkey, criticed in Grand National Assembly of Turkey by main opposition party, republican people's party on account of the fact that it was against 26th article of the constitution. In our declaration, we studied how the national press regard the first war after the Independence War although it was so far from motherland. As is known, in those times the press, regarded issues of foreign politics as government policy just as political parties and didn’ t act critically. The decleration helped to discover whether there were methods apart from this view dominant in the national press. The news to focus were news, essays, cartoons most of colorful and maps from Milliyet Hürriyet, Cumhuriyet, Akşam, Son Posta, Vatan, Vakit, Ulus ve Zafer pressed in Ankara. The last two newspapers which had high circulation were media organs of main opposition and ruling party.
