Abstract:

In an environment where competition is increasingly intense in the organizational health context, it has become extremely important for organizations to maintain their existence, and to manage their attitudes and behaviors in a proper and healthy manner in relation to the work they do and the organization they work. Consequently, the role of the instrument of organizational justice perception in the impact of the organizational health perception on employees’ outsourcing and job satisfaction levels has been determined as the purpose of the research. The research was carried out in travel agencies. The intensity of the travel agency is too high in Antalya or the universe has been determined in the research. The information obtained by scanning literature was applied to the travel agency staff form prepared with four scales. The hierarchical regression analysis was carried out with the data obtained. According to the results obtained, there has been a strong negative relationship between organizational health and the size of weakness and the size of alienation to society. However, there was no meaningful connection between organizational health and the size of meaninglessness. There is a positive and meaningful relationship between organizational health and work satisfaction. According to the results, organizational health has an impact on employee satisfaction. According to the findings, in the impact of organizational health on the level of outsourcing of workers, organizational justice has an instrumental role, while work satisfaction has no instrumental role.
