This research is aimed to measure employees’ organizational socialization level by job satisfaction, organizational commitment, motivation, and organizational resignation dimensions. In that matter, at four and five star rated hotels operating in Ankara, 882 employees have been asked to fill out a questionnaire that ad-dresses the “Organizational Socialization Level of Hotel Employees”. In order to understand the employees' perceptions according to organizational socialization sub-dimensions, frequencies, percentages, and arithmeti-cal averages have been looked into. For all sub-dimensions of organizational socialization process, a t-test has been implemented to find out if employees' perceptions significantly vary according to their gender, and no difference has been discovered.
