Sürekli değişen çevre koşullarına uyum sürecinde, organizasyonların yönetim yapılarını yeniden gözden geçirmeleri, yenilikleri benimsemeleri, mevcut konumunu korumaları ve geleceğe yatırım yapmaları gerekmektedir. Bu tür gereksinimleri karşılayabilecek örgüt yapısının oluşmasında öğrenen örgüt anlayışının ve entelektüel sermayenin katkısı son derecede önemli olmaktadır. Öğrenen organizasyon anlayışını benimsemiş, sürekli öğrenmeyi amaç edinmiş organizasyonların entelektüel sermaye oluşturma ve güçlendirme çabaları daha sağlıklı gelişmektedir. Güçlü bir entelektüel sermaye, organizasyonların örgütsel ustalık düzeyine ulaşmasında ve araştırmacı ve yararlanıcı ustalığın dengelenmesinde önemli katkılar sağlayacaktır. Bu çalışmada hizmet ve üretim sektörü için öğrenen örgüt anlayışının entelektüel sermaye ve örgütsel ustalık düzeyi üzerindeki etkisi ve öğrenen örgüt anlayışının örgütsel ustalık düzeyi üzerindeki etkisinde entelektüel sermayenin aracı rolünün ortaya çıkarılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma hizmet ve üretim sektörü yöneticileri üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Örnekleme yöntemi olarak kartopu örnekleme kullanılmış, veri toplama aracı olarak online anket formu oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan anket formu linki LinkedIn sosyal medya platformu üzerinden ulaşılabilen sektör yöneticilerine yönlendirilmiştir. Örneklemde 378 hizmet, 324 üretim sektörü katılımcısı yer almıştır. Veri analizinde SPSS 21, AMOS 20 ve PROCESS 3.1 programları kullanılmıştır. Tanımlayıcı istatistikler, açıklayıcı faktör analizi, korelasyon analizi ve güvenilirlik değeri için SPSS, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve geçerlilik testleri için AMOS, değişkenler arası etki derecelerinin ve aracı rollerin incelenmesi için PROCESS programlarından yararlanılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda her iki sektör için öğrenen örgüt anlayışının entelektüel sermeye ve örgütsel ustalık düzeyi üzerinde ve entelektüel sermayenin örgütsel ustalık düzeyinde etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Üretim sektörü için etki derecelerinin daha fazla olduğu görülmüştür. Aracı roller incelendiğinde, öğrenen örgüt anlayışının örgütsel ustalık düzeyi üzerindeki etkisinde entelektüel sermayenin kısmi aracı role sahip olduğu ve üretim sektöründe etki değerlerinin daha fazla olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
In the process of adapting to the constantly changing environmental conditions, organizations need to review their management structures, adopt innovations, preserve their current position and invest in the future. The contribution of organizational understanding and intellectual capital to the formation of an organization that can meet such requirements is extremely important. Intellectual capital creation and strengthening efforts of organizations that have adopted the understanding of learning and continuously aimed at learning are developing healthier. A strong intellectual capital will make a significant contribution to the organization’s level of organizational skill and to the balance of research and profitable skill. The aim of this study is to reveal the influence of the organization understanding learning for the service and production sector on the intellectual capital and the level of organizational skill and the influence of the organization understanding learning on the level of organizational skill the role of the instrument of the intellectual capital. The work was carried out on the service and production sector managers. The sample form was created online as a data collection tool, which was used as a sample method. Created survey form link is directed to industry managers that can be accessed through the social media platform LinkedIn. The example included 378 services, 324 manufacturing sector participants. Data analysis uses SPSS 21, AMOS 20 and PROCESS 3.1 programs. SPSS for identifying statistics, indicative factor analysis, correlation analysis and reliability values, AMOS for verifying factor analysis and validity tests, the PROCESS programs for the study of intervariable influence degrees and instrumental roles have been used. The study found that the understanding of the organization learned for both sectors has an impact on the intellectual capital and the level of organizational skill and the level of organizational skill of the intellectual capital. The impact on the production sector has increased. When the instrumental roles are studied, the conclusion has been made that the part of the instrumental role of intellectual capital in the influence of learning organization understanding on the level of organizational skill and that the value of influence in the production sector is greater.
