In the recent years, usage of the terms child and crime together in a sentence indicates existence of a social problem. For this reason sociopsychological factors that direct children to crime has to be analyzed, rather than “Juvenile Delinquency”. In this study we aimed to make firm socio-demographic characteristics that direct children to commit a crime. We compare the family relations and aggressive behaviours of two sample groups to find the connections between migration and Juvenile Delinquency. One of the groups was selected among children who had committed a crime and other was selected among children who never had committed a crime. At the end of the study we found that children who had committed a crime have more aggressive behaviours than other group and we proved that their family realtions are also unhealty relative to the crime commited group using “Family Evaluation Scale and Aggressiveness Scale”. The most important outcome of this study is that migration of the families from rural to urban areas inthe last few years is the main reason of the aggressive behaviours of children and their being directed to crime.
