According to Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety, the employer is obliged to provide a healthy and safe working environment by analyzing the risks and risks that their employees will be exposed to in the workplace. Workers in the workplace and due to the characteristics of the work are exposed to many risks of work accidents and occupational illnesses. The most important of the proactive approaches against occupational accidents and occupational illnesses is to conduct corrective and preventive activities by analysing the risks and risks in the work environment by means of risk analysis methods. The primary source of occupational accidents and occupational diseases are the dangerous movements and dangerous situations that workers do. 98% of work accidents are affected by human factors. Finney Kinney, using 5x5 Matris and L-type Matris analysis methods, work accidents studies are being tried to be done in. In this study, the field surveillance of the studies in a warehouse that distributes foodstuffs was analyzed the risks and risks identified using the Finney Kinney Risk Assessment method, recommended corrective preventive activities and tried to be categorized by reanalysis of the results of the risks in the last case. The risks are colored in red, orange, yellow, green according to the importance and risk score. The risk analysis was conducted and 35 risks were identified. The data obtained in the study will contribute to the literature in terms of reference to the job safety expert and the business owner during the risk analysis studies in companies with the same business arm.

According to the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, the employer is obliged to provide a healthy and safe working environment by analyzing the dangers and risks to be exposed to the employees in the workplaces. In the workplace and due to the nature of the work, employees are exposed to many risks and experience work accidents and occupational diseases. The most important proactive approach against occupational accidents and diseases is to carry out corrective and preventive actions by analyzing the dangers and risks in the working environment with risk analysis methods. The primary source of work accidents and occupational diseases is the dangerous movements and dangerous situations of the employees. 98% of work accidents are affected by the human factor. By using Finney Kinney, 5x5 Matrix and L-type Matrix analysis methods, studies against occupational accidents are tried to be carried out in enterprises. In this study, the risks were analyzed by using the Finney Kinney Risk Assessment method of the hazards and risks detected by performing field surveillance of the works in a warehouse that distributes food products, and the results of the risks were re-analyzed and categorized in the last case by recommending corrective and preventive actions. Risks are colored red, orange, yellow, green according to the order of importance and risk score. As a result of the risk analysis, 35 risks were identified and analyzed. The data obtained in the study will contribute to the literature in terms of being a reference for the job security specialist and the business owner during the risk analysis studies in the enterprises with the same business line.
