Epic custom is quite widespread in societies that are rich in terms of oral culture creations.Turkish nation’s custom of folk poetry that continue its existence in wide geography subsist from past to present with traditional patterns.Epics that are one of the important products of folk poetry rank as a heroism texts and oral,written texts of our cultural memory.Religious epics that are mainly evaluated in heroism epics carry massages that reflect national ideal as well as events that happen to hero.Persons who collect,tell and publish these creations carry their ideas into literary text.In this work,narrative techniques of narrator and publisher of Kazakh religious epics,Kazakh Jırşılık School,information about narration of religious epics are given a place.Custom of epics narration that has a long time in Kazakhstan are performed by kıssahan,akın and jiray. Turks in Kazakhstan live under the Russian regime for long time,so literary texts that emphasize religious and national identity were censored.This prohibition affected religious epics and they haven’t reached listener and readers for century. They are classified as texts that are performed by akın and kıssahan,narrations that are originating from Arab and Iran in terms of content,narration that are originating from Central Asia and narrations of culture of Kazakh.In Kazakhstan the reader of anectode are called akın/jiray and kıssahan. Most of the narrators of religious epics are literate and catechumen.It is seen that in their creations they give place to religious notions and epithet.In this work,the name of the Kazakh religious epic’s narrators ,schools that are effective for growing up narrators, narration genre of religious epic narrators and content and structural features of epic texts were evaluated.
