Bu araştırma, 2016-2021 yılları arasında YÖK Tez’de bulunan lisansüstü tezlerin sistematik taramasıyla, okul müdürlerinin çatışma yönetimiyle ilgili çalışmalara yönelik yapılan incelenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Böylece konuya üniversitelerin lisans üstü düzeyinde nasıl yaklaştığına ve hangi yönde çalışmalar yürüttüğüne ışık tutacağı, sonraki çalışmalara da rehberlik edecği düşünülmektedir. Bu bağlamda Ulusal Tez Merkezi’nde yapılan tarama sonucunda “okul yöneticileri”, “okul müdürleri”, “çatışma”, “çatışma yönetimi” gibi anahtar kelimeleriyle aramlar yapılmış ve belirlenen kriterlere uyan araştırmalar çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Yapılan incelemeler sonucunda 2016-2021 yılları arasında okul yöneticilerinin çatışma yönetimi konusunu ele alan toplam 21 lisans üstü tez belirlenmiştir. Bu tezlerdan yalnızca 1 tanesi doktora düzeyinde, 20 tanesi yüksek lisans düzeyindedir. Tezlerin yıllara göre dağılımı düzensiz olmakla birlikte en fazla çalışma 2021 yılında gerçekleşmiştir. Çalışmalar en fazla İstanbul’da ve nicel yöntemlerden ilişkisel tarama modeliyle tasarlanmıştır. Örneklem ya da çalışma grubu için en fazla öğretmenlerle görüşülmüş, örneklem aralığı en yüksek olarak 1-100 aralığında olmakla birlikte nicel çalışmaların ağırlıkta olması nedeniyle yüzün üzerindeki değer aralıklarında dağılmış olarak daha fazla çalışma bulunmaktadır. Araştırmaların kapsamı incelendiğinde okul yöneticilerinin çatışma çözme yöntemlerinin belirlenmesi ve ardından örneklemin çatışmaya ve okul müdürlerinin çatışma yönetimine yönelik algısı en fazla araştırılmıştır. Okul müdürlerinin çatışma çözüm yöntemleriyle ilişkisi olan değişkenlerden en fazla mizah yönü araştırılmış, diğer değişkenler genellikle birer tezde incelenmiştir.
This research aims at the systematic scan of the postgraduate theses in the YÖK Thesis between 2016-2021, the study of school managers aimed at the studies related to conflict management. Thus, it is believed that it will keep light on how universities approach the subject at the higher level and in which direction they conduct studies, and will also guide the subsequent studies. In this context, the scan at the National Thesis Center resulted in searches with keywords such as "school managers", "school managers", "conflict", "conflict management" and the research that meets the criteria specified was included in the study. According to the results of the studies, a total of 21 bachelor's theses that discussed the subject of conflict management of school managers between 2016-2021 were identified. Only 1 of these theses is at the doctoral level, 20 of which are at the master level. The dissertation of the theses according to the years was irregular, but the most study took place in 2021. The studies are mostly designed in Istanbul and with the relative scanning model from quantum methods. The most discussed with teachers for the sample or work group, the sample range is at the highest range of 1-100 but there is more work as distributed in the value range on the face due to the weight of quantitative studies. When the scope of the research was studied, the definition of school managers' methods of conflict resolution and then the perception of the sample to conflict and school managers' perception of conflict management was most studied. The most humorous aspects of the variables associated with the conflict-solving methods of school managers have been studied, the other variables are often studied in one-to-one thesis.
This research aims to systematically review the postgraduate theses in YÖK Thesis between the years 2016-2021, and to examine the conflict management studies of school principals. Thus, it is thought that it will shed light on how universities approach the subject at the graduate level and in which direction they carry out studies, and will guide further studies. In this context, as a result of the scanning carried out in the National Thesis Center, searches were made with keywords such as "school administrators", "school principals", "conflict", "conflict management" and researches that met the determined criteria were included in the study. As a result of the examinations, a total of 21 postgraduate theses on the conflict management of school administrators between the years 2016-2021 were determined. Only 1 of these theses is at doctoral level and 20 of them are at master's level. Although the distribution of theses by years is uneven, the most studies were carried out in 2021. The studies were mostly in Istanbul and were designed with the relational survey model among the quantitative methods. Most of the teachers were interviewed for the sample or study group, the sample range is between 1-100 with the highest sample size, but there are more studies distributed in the value ranges above one hundred due to the weight of quantitative studies. When the scope of the research was examined, the determination of the conflict resolution methods of the school administrators and then the perception of the sample towards the conflict and the school principals' conflict management were investigated the most. Among the variables related to the conflict resolution methods of the school principals, the humor aspect was investigated the most, and the other variables were generally examined in a thesis.
