Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı “Öğretmen Liderliği” eğitim programına katılan yaygın eğitim kurumları usta öğretici ve öğretmenlerinin almış oldukları eğitim programına ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemektedir. Araştırmada, deney grubunda yer alan 6’sı kadrolu, 6’sı usta öğretici olmak üzere toplam 12 kişiyle yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile nitel araştırma yöntemlerinin doğasına uygun olarak görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel ve tema analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Katılımcıların öğretmen liderliği beceri düzeylerini artırmak amacıyla hazırlanan "Öğretmen Liderliği" eğitim programının, öğretmenlerin öğretmen liderliği beceri düzeylerine etkisine ilişkin hazırlanmış olan programa ait görüşleri incelendiğinde katılımcıların almış oldukları mesleki eğitim programından memnuniyet duydukları, bu tür mesleki eğitim ve programlardan tüm öğretmenlerin yararlanması gerektiğini ifade etmişlerdir.

Abstract:

The main objective of this research is to determine the views of the broad educational institutions participating in the "Teacher Leadership" training program on the master teachers and teachers who have received the training program. In the study, 6 in the experimental group, 6 with a total of 12 persons, including master teachers, and half-structured interview form, were conducted in accordance with the nature of the quality research methods. In the analysis of the data, visual and thematic analysis was carried out. The participants’ “Teacher Leadership” training program, which is prepared to increase the level of teachers’ leadership skills, examined the views of the program, which is prepared on the impact of teachers’ leadership skills levels, the participants were pleased with the professional training program they received, they expressed that all teachers should benefit from such professional training and programs.
