Among the sources of classical Turkish poetry, human has an important place. In particular, statesmen, scholars, poets, philosophers and mythological and legendary figures who lived in the past and left traces on societies with good or bad traits, elders of religion and mysticism were frequently used by poets in divan poetry. In this study, the personalities that Hecrî has included in his poems are examined and it is tried to find out how the poet uses these personalities in his poems and how they benefit from their stories.
