Özet:

Classical Turkish literature and Persian literature were mutually influential for nearly six centuries, and the interaction between the two literatures is a historical process. From the Ghaznevid and Seljuk eras until the Safevid dynasty, many Turkish poets along parts of Anatolia bordering Persia and Turkistan wrote poems in Persian. To be able to further assess the relation between classical Turkish and Persian literatures, we must study the Horasan and Turkistan regions for analyses on the collections of Persian biographies. The collection of Persian biographies is the common reference guide for Turkish and Persian literatures. In particular, Turkish poets who read Persian poems in Anatolia are identified in these collection of biographies. Âtes-gede, which was compiled by Lutf Ali Beg Azer b. Aga Han-ı Begdîlî in the 18th century has an exceptional standing among the collection of Persian biographies. Âteş-gede, being an important source for Turkish and Persian literatures, includes biographies, literary identities and numerous examples of the works of nearly 850 Turkish and Persian poets who have read Persian poems. The topic of this article is the poets whose biographies are included in Ates-gede-i Muntafi, which is the translation of Âtes-gede in Turkish by an unknown author. The article will first discuss the life, art and works of Lutf Ali Beg Azer b. Aga Han-ı Begdîlî. Afterwards, the Âtes-gede of Âzer and Âtes-gede-i Muntafî will be briefly introduced and compared in terms of content Osmangazi Üniversitesi, Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Doktora Öğrencisi, [email protected] and form. In the conclusion chapter, these poets will be classified according to their hometowns and presented to the attention of the researchers.
