Bu çalışmanın amacı üstün yetenekli öğrencilerin eğitimindegörev yapan öğretmenlerin Bireyselleştirilmiş Eğitim Programlarına ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemektir. Çalışma da nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum araştırma yaklaşımı kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini, Konya il merkezinde faaliyette olan Bilim Sanat Merkezleribünyesinde görev yapan toplam 22 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla 7 açık uçlu sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Veriler betimsel olarak analiz edilerek yüzde, frekans ve kesit alma ile sunulmuştur. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre öğretmenlerin Bireyselleştirilmiş Eğitim Programlarıkullanmadıkları sonucu elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin büyük çoğunluğu Bireyselleştirilmiş Eğitim Programlarıhazırlamanın gerekli olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. BEP hazırlama uygulama ve değerlendirme için eğitim gereksinimlerinin olduğunu belirtmiştir.
The aim of this study is to identify the views of the teachers who are responsible for the education of superior skilled students on the Individual Education Programs. The study has also been used by the status research approach from the quality research methods. The sample of the study consists of a total of 22 teachers working in the Science and Arts Centre in the province of Konya. For the purpose of determining the opinions of the teachers, a semi-configured interview form was used consisting of seven open end questions. The data is visually analyzed and presented with percentage, frequency and cuts. According to the results of the study, the teachers did not use the Individual Education Programs. Also, the vast majority of teachers have noted that it is necessary to prepare for Individualized Education Programs. BEP has stated that preparation requires training for implementation and evaluation.
This study aims to determine opinions of teachers working at the science and art centers regarding individualized education programs. The study was conducted through case study research approach one of the qualitative research methods. 22 teachers working at the Science and Art Center in the city center of Konya participated in the study. Data were collected through a semi-structured interview form which consists of seven open-ended questions. Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis and presented through percentages, frequencies and sectioning. The results of the study revealed that teachers do not use individualized education programs. However, the vast majority of teachers believe it is necessary to develop an Individualized Education Program. Moreover, teachers stated that they need in-service education to develop, implement and evaluate individualized education programs.
