A path analysis is done according to the model which was formed to decide the affects of five major personality traits on the perception of employee's job engagement. As a result of analysis, it is found that agreeableness (0,24; p<0,01) and extraversion (0,41; p<0,01) have positive significant impact, whereas conscientiousness (-0,31; p<0,01) has negative significant impact and openness to experience and neuroticism have no significant impact on job engagement at all.
