Bu araştırmanın amacı okul öncesi eğitimi ana bilim dalı öğrencilerine yönelik müziksel öz-yeterlik inanç ölçeği geliştirmektir. Dolayısıyla bu araştırma bir ölçek geliştirme çalışmasıdır. Araştırma Giresun Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Okul Öncesi Eğitimi Ana Bilim Dalı’nda öğrenim gören 253 öğrenci üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Bu kapsamda öncelikle ölçeğin amacı tespit edilmiş ve madde havuzu oluşturulmuştur. Madde havuzunda ölçülmek istenen olguya yönelik maddelere yer verilmiştir. Madde havuzunda öncelikle araştırmacı tarafından 38 ölçek maddesi belirlenmiş ve ölçek türü olarak 5li likert tipi ölçek tercih edilmiştir. Kapsam geçerliliğini sağlamak için alınan uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda birbiriyle aşırı benzerlik gösterdiği ya da örtük değişkeni ölçme konusunda başarılı olamayacağı düşünülen 9 madde, madde havuzundan çıkartılmıştır. 29 maddeye indirgenen ölçeğin taslak hali Giresun Üniversitesi Okul Öncesi Eğitimi Ana Bilim Dalı’nda öğrenim görmekte olan 86 öğrenci üzerinde ön uygulamaya tabi tutulmuştur. Faktör analizi sonrasında faktör yükleri 0,5’in altında kalan 9 madde ölçekten çıkartılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizlerine tabi tutulan 20 maddelik bir “Müziksel Öz-Yeterlik İnanç Ölçeği” geliştirilmiştir. Ölçeğin geçerliğini sınamak için kapsam geçerliği, ölçüt geçerliği ve yapı geçerliği çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirliğini sınamak için ise iç tutarlılık ve madde analizlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Yapılan tüm çalışmalar neticesinde, geliştirilmiş olan ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak bu ölçeğin müzik eğitimi alanında kullanılabilecek bir veri toplama aracı olduğunu söylemek mümkündür.
The aim of this research is to develop a degree of belief in musical self-capacity aimed at the students of the main discipline of pre-school education. So this research is a scale development work. The research was conducted on 253 students who studied in the Primary Science Department of Pre-School Education at the University of Giresun. In this scope, the purpose of the scale was first identified and the material pool was created. The material was placed in the pool to be measured for the fact. The substance in the pool was first identified by the researcher by 38 scale substances and the scale type was preferred by 5 likert type scale. 9 substances that are considered to be excessively similar to each other in order to ensure the validity of the coverage are removed from the material pool, which is considered to be not successful in measuring the coverage variable. The project of the scale reduced to 29 articles has been subjected to pre-application over 86 students who are studying in the Main Science Department of Pre-School Education of the University of Giresun. After the factor analysis, the factor loads were removed from the scale of the remaining 9 substances below 0.5. In the framework of the study, a 20 material "Musical Self-Capacity Faith Scale" was developed, which was subject to validity and reliability analysis. The measurement validity, measurement validity and construction validity studies have been conducted to test the validity of the measurement. To test the reliability of the measurement, the internal consistency and material analysis were used. According to all the studies, the developed scale was valid and reliable. As a result, it is possible to say that this scale is a data collection tool that can be used in the field of music education.
The aim of this study is to develop a musical self-efficacy belief scale for students who take education of pre-primary. Therefore, this study is a scale development study. This study was carried out on 253 students that trained in Giresun University Faculty of Education Pre-School Education Department. In this context, the aim of the scale was determined and a item pool was established. Item pool contains item for the case to be measured. In the item pool, firstly, 38 scale items were determined by the researcher and 5 scale likert type scale was chosen. Nine items that are too similar to each other or thought to be unsuccessful in measuring implicit variables have been removed from the item pool to obtain content validity. Draft version of the scale reduced to 29 items were pre-applied on 86 students studying at Giresun University Faculty of Education, Preschool Education Department. After factor analysis, 9 items with factor loadings below 0.5 were removed from the scale."Musical Self-Efficacy Belief Scale", consisting of 20 items, has been developed that is subject to validity and reliability analyzes within the scope of the study. Scope validity, criterion validity and construction validity studies were performed to test the validity of the scale. Internal consistency and item analyzes were used to test the reliability of the scale. As a result of this study, it was found that developed scale is valid and reliable. Consequently, it is possible to say that this scale is a data collection tool that can be used in music education field.
