The purpose of this study is to determine humor styles of school administrators This is a descriptive survey The data were gathered by using Humor Style Questionnaire The sample of the research consists of 148 school administrators Humor Style Questionnaire composed of four sub dimensions self enhancing affiliative aggressive and self defeating humor Data were analyzed by utilizing descriptive statistics t tests and variance analyses According to the results it was determined that school administrators had an affiliative humor style Affiliative humor style of school administrators significantly varies according to seniority hobbies and reading comics; self enhancing humor style according to age and hobbies; and aggressive humor style according to the number of teachers at school School administrators have an affiliative humor styles can make a positive contribution to the relationship between school administrators and teachers
