Large-scale projects, labor, machinery and equipment, in terms of those who planned and carried out the planning of investments carry a very high risk compared to other small and medium scale projects. Subcontractor selection and proposal evaluation to improve the success of the project in a large-scale project risk is quite important. In this study, subcontractor selection, evaluation and decision-making problems of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is evaluated by application. A framework and methodology based on the AHP method for the identification of priorities and evaluation of proposals presented.
