Bu çalışma Sivas ilindeki sağlık kurumlarında görev yapan personelin genel motivasyon düzeylerinin sosyo-demografik değişkenlere göre incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Sivas ilindeki altı sağlık kurumu oluşturmaktadır. Bu kurumlarda çalışanlar kadro veya meslek ayrımı yapılmaksızın çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Araştırmaya gönüllü olarak 427 sağlık çalışanı katılmıştır. Tanımlayıcı nitelikte olan bu çalışmada veriler anket aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. İlk olarak dokuz sorudan oluşan Kişisel Bilgi Formu ile çalışanların sosyo-demografik verileri elde edilmiştir. Ardından 33 sorudan oluşan ve 4 alt boyutu bulunan 5li Likert tipindeki Motivasyon Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi SPSS v.22 paket programında yapılmıştır ve ANOVA, frekans ve yüzdelikler, ortalamalar ve t testi yapılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda sağlık çalışanlarının genel motivasyon düzeyinin orta düzeyde olduğu bulunmuştur (2,40±0,80). Genç yaşta olan çalışanların, kadınların, bekarların, TSM çalışanlarının, uzun süredir kurumda çalışanların, hemşirelerin ve aylık geliri düşük olanların motivasyon düzeyinin daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır.
This study was conducted with the aim of examining the general motivation levels of staff in the health institutions in the province of Sivas according to socio-demographic variables. The universe of research is composed of six health institutions in the province of Sivas. Workers in these institutions are engaged in work without personal or occupational distinction. 427 health workers participated in the study. In this study, the data is collected through the survey. First, the Personal Information Form, which consists of nine questions, obtained the social-demographic data of employees. The motivation measurement of the Likert type 5 was then used, consisting of 33 questions and 4 sub-dimensions. Analysis of SPSS V. It was made in 22 packages program and ANOVA was evaluated by making frequencies and percentages, average and t tests. The study found that the overall motivation level of health workers was medium (2,40±0,80). It has been found that young workers, women, single people, TSM employees, long-term employees, nurses and those with low monthly income have a higher level of motivation.
This study has been conducted for the purpose of evaluating the general motivation levels of health personnel working in healthcare institutions in Sivas province according to socio-demographic variables. The employees of these institutions were included in the study without making any discrimination on position and occupation. 427 healthcare personnel participated in the study voluntarily. In this descriptive study, the data were collected by way of survey. Firstly, socio-demographic data of employees were collected with the Personal Information Form consisting of nine questions. Afterward, a 5-point Likert-type Motivation Scale consisting of 33 questions and 4 sub-dimensions was used. The analysis of data was carried out in the SPSS v.22 package program and evaluated with ANOVA, frequency and percentages, averages and t-test. As a result of the study, the general motivation of health personnel was found to be at a moderate level (2.40±0.80). Also, the motivation level of young personnel, women, singles, community health care centre personnel, long-term institution personnel, nurses and those with low monthly income was detected to be higher.
