The endless working desires of employees influence their performance, social and familial relationships and even their healths. This situation described as workaholism in literature can be perceived as positive or negative in work environment according to circumstances. Psychological environment, which is called organizational climate, influences employees and is influenced by employees’ beliefs, attitudes and behaviors. The organizational climate has features that can influence workaholism directly. For this purpose, the causality relationship between organizational climate and workaholism of managers in tourism sector has been studied by using the structural equality modelling. The findings of the study show that the individual responsibility dimension of organizational climate has an effect on all three dimension of workaholism and rewarding dimension has an effect on only motivation dimension of workaholism.
