Bu çalışmanın amacı izleyenlerin otantik liderlik algısının, izleyenlerin liderleri tarafından değerlendirilen yaratıcılıkları üzerine etkisinde izleyenlerin kendileri tarafından değerlendirilen psikolojik sermayelerinin aracılık etkisini görgül bir araştırma ile incelemektir. Bu maksatla, Ankara ili Çankaya ilçesindeki liselerde görev yapan 75 müdür/müdür yardımcısı ile 347 öğretmen olmak üzere, toplamda 422 kişiden anket yöntemi veriler toplanmış, verilerin analizinde hiyerarşik doğrusal modelleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre, otantik liderliğin yaratıcılığı etkilediği, psikolojik sermayenin yaratıcılık üzerindeki etkisinin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olmadığı ve otantik liderliğin grup içindeki bireylerin psikolojik sermayelerini etkilediği görülmektedir. Otantik liderliğin yaratıcılık üzerine etkisinde psikolojik sermayenin aracılık etkisinin olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The aim of this study is to explore the mediation effect of the authentic leadership perception of the followers, the influence of the followers on their creativity assessed by the leaders, and the psychological capital assessed by themselves by an exhaustive study. For this purpose, 75 directors and 347 teachers who work in the high schools in Ankara or Chankaya have collected data from 422 people, and the hierarchical linear modeling method has been used in the analysis of data. According to the results of the analysis, authentic leadership affects creativity, the impact of psychic capital on creativity is not statistically meaningful, and authentic leadership affects the psychic capital of individuals within the group. The conclusion is that authentic leadership has no mediation effect on creativity.
