Abstract:

The aim of this study is to study the role of teachers in the levels of vocational extinction of the level of rumination and self-sensitivity, equal to the gender and year of work. The study also examined whether teachers’ exhaust levels differ from gender to gender. The study consisted of a total of 330 teachers, including 212 women and 118 men. The year of teaching varies from 1 to 39 years. In the collection of research data, the Maslach Extinction Reserve-Educative Form, the Equal Rumination Scale, the Self-Sensitivity Scale and the Personal Information Form were used. The T test analysis found that male teachers’ insensitivity and personal failure scores were significantly higher than female teachers. The hierarchical regression analysis found that sex and working years significantly influenced sensitivity and personal failure from the three subdimensions of the level of occupational extinction. The findings showed that equal rumination could not significantly overcome the three subdimensions of the professional extinction level. From the five subdimensions of self-sensitivity (self-love, self-sensitivity, isolation, consciousness, excess identity, consciousness of sharing), excess identity, emotional extinction and personal failure from the subdimensions of the professional extinction level, while self-sensitivity, self-sensitivity, emotional extinction and insensitivity from the subdimensions of the professional extinction level, has been shown to be significantly extinctive.
