So many results that aren't mine?

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of their organizational trust on preferring organizational silence of employees’. To determine this effect, a questionnaire composing Organizational Trust and Organizational Silence, has been applied 334 employee work in five star hotels in Ankara. As data gathering method ball-drop method has been applied in July and August in 2013.
