Abstract:

This study aims to develop a scale in order to measure the attitudes of primary school 4th and 5th class students towards the application of mathematical activities. Mathematical activity attitude scale, 4 and 5. It is developed in accordance with the opinions of students. The scale is a liquid type of scale consisting of 40 substances. The validity and reliability of the scale is made on the data obtained from 200 students selected by random sampling method from the 4th and 5th grade students of primary education. As a result of the factor analysis for the purpose of determining the structural validity of the measurement, the measurement substance factor burden varies between 0.56-0.80, the value of KMO Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin(Meting the Conformity of the Creation of Examples) is 0. 904, the internal consistency ratio (Cronbach alpha) calculated for the reliability study was seen to be α=0.919. The findings of validity and reliability studies show that the scale has a valid and reliable structure.
