Çalışanların Örgütsel Destek Algılarının İş Tatminlerine Etkisinde İş Stresinin Aracılık Rolü

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, algılanan örgütsel desteğin iş tatminine etkisinde iş stresinin aracılık rolünü belirlemektir. Bu amaçla, Edirne ili ve ilçelerinde faaliyet gösteren ayçiçek yağı üretimi yapan işletmelerdeki 193 çalışana yönelik anket yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 25.0, Amos ve IBM SPSS Process Makro paket programları kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Aracılık analizi, Andrew F. Hayes (2013) tarafından geliştirilen SPSS PROCESS eklentisi (Model 4) ile hesaplanmıştır. Analizler bootstrap tekniği kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, algılanan örgütsel desteğin iş tatmini üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir etkisi olduğu, iş stresi üzerinde ise negatif yönlü ve anlamlı bir etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, iş stresinin algılanan örgütsel destek ile iş tatmini arasındaki ilişkisinde aracılık rolünün olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Algılanan örgütsel desteğin doğrudan iş tatminine etkisi olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The Mediating Role Of Job Stress In Employees’ Perceptions Of Organizational Support With Respect To Job Satisfaction

Abstract:

The aim of the current study is to investigate the mediating role of job stress in the perceived organizational support with respect to job satisfaction. For that purpose, 193 employees working in various sunflower seed oil factories in Edirne city center and counties were surveyed. SPSS 25.0, Amos and IBM SPSS Process Macro software were used for the data analysis. Mediation was calculated with SPSS PROCESS extension (Model 4), which was developed by Andrew F. Hayes (2013). Bootstrap technique was used for the analyses. The results showed that the perceived organizational support have a positive and meaningful impact on job satisfaction and a negative and significant effect on job stress. However, no mediating role of job stress in the relationship between organizational support and job satisfaction was found. The perceived organizational support seemed to have a direct effect on job satisfaction.
