Abstract:

In the literature, it is accepted that there is a linear relationship between employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction. This research was carried out in the health sector, where marketing issues are different and slower than other sectors. The aim of the research is to examine the relationship between patient satisfaction, satisfaction of other healthcare professionals other than physicians, and financial results of physicians. Quantitative satisfaction measurement was carried out on a total of 418 employees and 8045 patients in a private health institution. The financial contribution of the physician is the financial data received from the institution authorities. Due to the confidentiality of financial data, the physician's financial contribution is expressed as a percentage. As a result of the analysis, there is a significant result between the satisfaction of other health personnel with the physician and the financial contribution of the physician to the health institution.
