Bu çalışmanın amacı, doğum izni sonrası göreve başlayan öğretmenlerin mesleğe yabancılaşma kavramına ilişkin düşüncelerini ortaya çıkarmak ve bu sorunlara ilişkin çözüm önerileri geliştirmektir Bu çalışmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden olan olgu bilim deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırma grubu, Tokat ilinde çalışan 9 öğretmenden meydana gelmektedir. Araştırma grubunda yer alan kişiler amaçlı örneklem yöntemi kapsamında benzeşik örnekleme tekniği ile belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak 6 sorudan meydana gelen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme soru formu düzenlenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Buna göre öğretmenler yabancılaşma kavramını ait olamama, uzak kalma, sosyalleşememe ve tecrübesiz hissetme ile bir tutmuşlardır. Katılımcılar ayrıca mesleğe yabancılaşmanın nedenlerini sırasıyla; okul yönetiminden kaynaklı, MEB’ den kaynaklı, iş arkadaşından kaynaklı, ailevi kaynaklı, kişisel kaynaklı ve ekonomik kaynaklı olarak bulmuşlardır. Katılımcılar ayrıca mesleğe yabancılaşmanın önüne geçmek için sırasıyla; okul yönetimi motive edici, anlayışlı olma, MEB’in müfredat yoğunluğunu azaltma, iş arkadaşlarıyla okul dışı faaliyetler yapma, doğum izni süresini yeterli hale getirilme, kişisel olarak kariyer eğitimine gereken önem verme, ekonomik olarak emeğin karşılığını verme şeklinde birtakım önerilerde bulunmuştur. Doğum izni sonrası öğretmenlerin yabancılaşmalarının farkında olunmalı ve öğretmenlerin mesleklerine uyumları konusunda dikkat edilmesi gerektiği görülmektedir.
The aim of this study is to reveal the ideas of teachers who begin their postpartum leave on the concept of foreigning to the profession and to develop solutions to these problems in this study the factual scientific design, which is from the quality research patterns, has been used. The research group consists of nine teachers working in Tokat province. Persons in the research group have been identified by similar sampling techniques within the target sampling method. The research has organized a semi-configured interview question form that occurs from 6 questions as a data collection tool. The data obtained was analyzed using the visual analysis method. According to this, teachers have kept the concept of alienation together with being unable to belong, staying away, socializing and feeling unexperient. Participants have also found the reasons for foreigning to the profession, respectively; from the school management, MEB, from their colleagues, family, personal and economic sources. Participants also presented a series of suggestions in the form of motivating, comprehensible school management, reducing MEB’s curriculum intensity, doing out of school activities with their colleagues, sufficient time of birth leave, paying personal attention to career education, and economically paying the reward of work. After the birth permit, teachers should be aware of their foreignization and teachers should be careful about their suitability to their professions.
The aim of this study is to reveal the thoughts of teachers who started their duties after maternity leave about the concept of alienation from the profession and to develop solutions to these problems. In this study, the case science pattern, which is one of the qualitative research patterns, was used. The research group consists of 9 teachers working in Tokat province. The individuals in the research group were determined by the similar sampling technique within the scope of the purposeful sampling method. In the research, a semi-structured interview questionnaire consisting of 6 questions was organized as a data collection tool. The obtained data were analyzed by descriptive analysis method. According to this, teachers equated the concept of alienation with the inability to belong, stay away, inability to socialize and feeling inexperienced. The participants also found the reasons for alienation from the profession as; school administration, Ministry of Education, work colleague, family, personal and economic sources, respectively. Participants also need to avoid alienation from the profession, respectively; school management motivating, understanding, reduce the intensity of the MEB business with their friends to do activities outside of school, become adequate to the duration of maternity leave, Career Education should be concerned with you personally, economically, in the form of the export of Labor has made some proposals. It seems that teachers should be aware of their alienation after maternity leave and attention should be paid to the adaptation of teachers to their professions.
