Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to reveal the problems of the newly beginners of class teachers adapting to the profession. In this study, the method of research is used by the fact scientific design. In the study, a semi-configured conversation form was developed by the researcher as a data collection tool and consisted of 5 questions. The research work group has formed 40 class teachers who have just begun to work in the provinces of Shanlıurfa, Van, Pair, Şırnak and Mardin, where the most class teachers have been appointed in July 2018. The findings in the research were evaluated by making content analysis. The findings are modeled with the NVivo package program. According to the results of the research, newly started class teachers have found that they are theoretically receiving their pre-service training in the process of adaptation to the profession, but they have found that the information they obtained is insufficient in the application. The mission has been found that newly started class teachers find their senior colleagues and school managers effective in the processes of adaptation to the profession. In the context of the problems of conformity they experience, the newly started class teachers have mostly presented suggestions to teachers in the educational faculty; teachers are practically processed, and teachers are candidates; they should prepare themselves for the possibilities and conditions of the eastern and south-eastern Anadolu regions.
