So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

İşletmeleri yönetmek için başarılı bir yönetim tarzına ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. İşletmelerdeki yönetim tarzının liderin etik liderlik özelliklerine sahip olmasıyla ilişkili olduğu düşülmektedir. Sosyal ve kültürel ilerleme ancak evrensel olarak etik değerlerin önemi kavrandığında gerçekleşmektedir. Etik kavramı, bir davranışta bulunmadan önce, bu davranışın doğruluğunun veya yanlışlığının, iyi ya da kötü oluşunun değerlendirilmesi; doğrudan ve iyiden yana tercihte bulunulması gerektiğinin altını çizmektedir. Bu çalışmada etik, etik liderlik, etik iklim kavramları ele alınmış, etik liderliğin etik iklim üzerindeki etkisi basit doğrusal regresyon yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Araştırmada, etik liderliğin etik iklim üzerinde pozitif etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
