The main objective of this study is to put forward the relationship between employees’ ethical leadership behavior and social capital perception. For this purpose, a quantitative survey is administered among 156 scholars currenty working at Ardahan University. Results reveal that there exists a positive statistically significant relationship between ethical leadership behavior and employees’ social capital perception. Besides, the highest relationship value is determined between structural social capital, one of the subdimensions of social capital, and ethical leadership behavior.
