Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine the level of relationship between the employees in the hotel enterprises, the organizational support perceptions, the levels of organizational identification and the intentions to leave the job. In the study, the opinion of the staff of the hotel enterprises was taken using the survey technique in relation to the subject. The universe of the research is formed by employees of the five-star hotel business operating in Afyonkarahisar province and a total of 407 employees were taken to evaluate. The answers of the participants on the survey were analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, percentage, frequency and arithmetic average values, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The findings found that five-star hotel business employees had a significant relationship between the organizational support levels perceived and the organizational identification levels in a positive middle level. Between the organizational support levels perceived by the participants and the intention to leave the job, a high-level negative meaningful relationship has been found. However, a simple linear regression analysis found that five-star hotel companies’ employees’ organizational support perceptions had a positive meaningful impact on their organizational identification levels and that employees’ organizational support perceptions had a negative meaningful impact on their intentions to leave. *This study was supported by the BAPK unit of the Afyon Kocatepe University.
