İsviçre Medeni Usul Hukuku uygulaması, temel olarak Türk Medeni Usul Hukuku’na kaynak teşkil etmektedir. İsviçre Usul Kanunu her bir kantonun kendine özgü uygulama farklılıklarından oluşan problemlerin giderilmesi amacıyla 1 ocak 2011 yılında yürürlüğe girmiştir. Karşılaştırmalı hukuk bakımından aynı yıl yürürlüğe giren Türk Hukuk Muhakemeleri Kanunu ile İsviçre Hukuk Muhakemeleri Kanunu bakımından önemli farklar, müddeabihin değerine göre belirlenen görev, kantonal kanun yolları ve birçok uyuşmazlığın zorunlu arabuluculuğa konu olması şeklinde belirtilebilir.
