Bu çalışmada, farklı medeniyetlerde muhasebenin doğuşu, uygulanışı, günümüze kadar nasıl geldiği ve muhasebenin gelişiminde etkili olan faktörler araştırılmıştır. Muhasebe ilkel bir kayıt tutma düzeni ilk olarak M.Ö 3000-4000 yılları arasında karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Babil, Sümer Mısır, Yunan ve Roma medeniyetlerinden günümüze kadar ulaşan belgelerde muhasebenin insanlar arasındaki hesaplaşma ihtiyacından doğup geliştiği bilgileri yer almaktadır. Bu belgelerden anlaşılmaktadır ki bu medeniyetler kayıt tutma düzeni olarak muhasebe uygulamalarına başvurulmuştur. Bu çalışmada, farklı medeniyetlerde muhasebenin doğuşu ve uygulamaları ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca bu medeniyetlerde muhasebenin var oluşundan günümüze kadar gelmesinde etkili olan faktörler üzerinde durulmuştur.
In this study, the birth, application of accounting in different civilizations, how it has come to the present day, and the factors that influence the development of accounting. An initial accounting registration arrangement appears to us first between 3000-4000 BC. Documents from Babylon, Sumer Egypt, Greek and Roman civilizations to the present day contain information that the accounting was born and developed from the need for accountability among people. From these documents it is clear that these civilizations have been applied to accounting practices as a registration system. In this study, we discussed the birth and practice of accounting in different civilizations. It also focuses on the factors that influence the accounting from the existence to the present day.
