Bu çalışmanın amacı pandemi döneminde sınıf öğretmenlerinin karşılaştığı problemlere ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerini incelemektir. Araştırma nitel araştırma modellerinden betimleyici fenomenolojik desen kullanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi amaçsal örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin resmi okullarda çalışması ve sınıf öğretmeni olması kriteri doğrultusunda; çalışma grubunu, Nisan 2020- Ağustos 2020 döneminde 1-4. Sınıflarda derse giren 16 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri, ilgili alan yazın taramasından sonra araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanmış yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme sorularıyla elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar içerik analizi yöntemiyle analizi yapılmıştır. Bu sorularla belirlenen dört ana tema altında veriler incelenmiştir. Bu ana temalar sınıf öğretmenlerinin yeni durumlarla baş etme biçimleri ve duyguları, sınıf öğretmenlerinin uzaktan eğitime bakışı, uzaktan eğitimin avantajları, uzaktan eğitimin dezavantajlarıdır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre sınıf öğretmenleri “Hibrit Model Eğitim” uygulamalarının öğrenci ve öğretmenler için verimsiz oluşuna dikkat çekmişlerdir. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin üzerinde durduğu bir diğer nokta ise EBA platformu içerisindeki içerik havuzunun genişletilmesine yöneliktir. Araştırma sonucundaki şu önerilere ulaşılmıştır. Hibrit modelin eğitim sistemimize adaptasyonunda öğrencilerin devam durumları isteğe bağlı şekilde yönetilmemelidir. EBA TV yayınları okullarda aktif olarak derslere giren öğretmenlerce takip edilerek; verilecek izleme görevleri ya da izlenen konuyla ilgili derste devam çalışmalar yapılması suretiyle derslere adapte edilmelidir. EBA TV derslerinin içerik geliştirici ekipleri gibi EBA platformu için içerik hazırlama ekipleri kurulmalı ve EBA platformundaki konu anlatım, etkinlik ve soru havuzlarının sayısı arttırılmalıdır.
The aim of this study is to examine teachers' views on the problems faced by classroom teachers during the pandemic period. The research has been prepared using descriptive phenomenological design, one of the qualitative research models. The sample of the study was determined by purposeful sampling method. The study group of the research 1-4. It consists of 16 classroom teachers who teach in classes. The data of the research were obtained through semi-structured interview questions prepared by the researchers after the relevant literature review. The data were analyzed under four main themes determined by these questions. These main themes are the classroom teachers 'way of coping with new situations and their feelings, the classroom teachers' view of distance education, the advantages of distance education, and the disadvantages of distance education. According to the results of the research, classroom teachers drew attention to the ineffectiveness of "Hybrid Model Education" practices for students and teachers. Another point that classroom teachers emphasize is to expand the content pool in the EBA platform. The following suggestions at the end of the research are important. In the adaptation of the hybrid model to our education system, students' attendance should not be managed voluntarily. EBA TV broadcasts are followed by teachers who actively attend classes in schools It should be adapted to the lessons by carrying out follow-up tasks to be given or by doing follow-up studies on the subject being watched. Like the content developer teams of EBA TV courses, content preparation teams for the EBA platform should be established and the number of lectures, activities and question pools on the EBA platform should be increased.
