Abstract:

The growing construction needs in the 21st century can be made of high-quality and sustainable structures with precastic concrete technology. Also, the shortening of the construction time of the structures makes the use of this material widespread. Prekast concrete is an innovative material in this way is part of the design that the architects make. In the aesthetic appearance of the structures, the use of precast concrete material is effective. Prekast makes it possible to make different front designs with the production of concrete and the advantages it provides. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to provide a comprehensive review of the esthetic and design of the use of precastic concrete in structures. Factors such as color, shape and fabric, which have an impact on the aesthetic appearance of structures, determine the design of precastic concrete. The first part of this study describes the use of precastic concrete with a wide variety of colors, shapes and fabric options. In the second part of the article, the criteria and techniques that affect the precastic concrete design are listed. In addition, this study shows how precast concrete design criteria can be applied in various structures.
