Abstract:

In Turkey, academics who educate at higher education level are in different conditions and conditions in terms of working conditions. However, the academics who work in the field of education and need to be adapted to the changing world by continuously developing themselves in the course of their studies may, for a variety of reasons, feel the output of their studies, result in the failure to the targeted achievements. In this study, the extinction situations of academics conducting graphic design training within the Turkish higher education system, was studied through the scale that was prepared. The scale used in the study, Prof. Dr. It was developed by SUNKUL TÜMKAYA. The scale consists of four subgroups: ‘Emotional Deficiency’, ‘Administrative Support’, ‘Academic Performance’ and ‘Business Load’. The universe of the study consists of all academics conducting graphic design education-learning activities at the higher education level in Turkey. Because the universe is small, the sample selection for the survey application has not been made, the survey has been applied to the whole universe. The survey data was collected through e-mail and face-to-face conversations. The obtained data was analyzed using the statistical package program after being divided by subgroups.
