Değerler, öğretmeden öte, model olma ile kazandırılabilirler. Bu nedenle öğretmenlerin tutum ve davranışlarının öğrenciler üzerinde büyük bir etkisinin olduğu ifade edilebilir. Bu büyük etki, öğretmenlere ve özellikle öğretmen adaylarına verilen değerler eğitiminin önemini vurgulamaktadır. Melih Cevdet Anday’ın “dünyayı değiştirmek” için izlediği yöntem olarak ifade ettiği tiyatro oyunlarında, çoğu zaman, değerler üzerine çatışmalar kurulur ve oyun karakterlerinin bu çatışmalar aracılığıyla dönüşmeleri izlenir. Değerler eğitiminde analiz yaklaşımında, Anday oyunlarına benzer ürünlerin kullanılmasından yola çıkılarak, mevcut araştırmada, Anday oyunlarının, sınıf öğretmeni adaylarına verilen değerler eğitimi bağlamında incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Veri toplama amacıyla doküman incelemesi tekniğinden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırmaya konu olan veriler, Melih Cevdet Anday’ın altı oyunu üzerinden sağlanmıştır. Bulgulara göre, Anday’ın seçilen oyunlarının, ilkokul öğrenim programında yer alan kök değerlere ilişkin içerikler açısından oldukça zengin olduğu ifade edilebilir. Araştırma sonucunda, bu araştırmada yer almayan, hoşgörü gibi değerler açısından da oyunların incelenmesi önerilmiştir.
Values, beyond teaching, can be gained by being a model. Therefore, the attitudes and behaviors of teachers can be expressed as having a great impact on students. This great impact emphasizes the importance of education of the values given to teachers and especially to teachers candidates. In the theatrical games that Melih Cevdet Anday expresses as a method to "change the world", often conflicts on values are established and the game characters are observed to turn through these conflicts. In the analysis approach in value training, starting from the use of products similar to the Anday games, in the current research, the aim of the Anday games is to be studied in the context of the values given to the class teacher candidates. The document review technique is used for data collection purposes. The data on the subject of the investigation was provided through Melih Cevdet Anday's six games. According to the findings, it can be stated that the selected games of Anday are quite rich in terms of content related to the root values included in the primary school education program. According to the study, it was recommended to study games in terms of values such as tolerance that are not included in this study.
Values can be gained by being models rather than teaching. Therefore, teachers' attitudes and behaviors have a great impact on students. Therefore, values education given to future teachers is very important. In Melih Cevdet Anday's plays, often there are conflicts on values. Play characters change through these conflicts. In the approach to analysis in values education, products similar to Anday’s plays are used. In this study, it is aimed to examine the plays of Anday in the context of values education given to primary school teacher program students. Document analysis technique was used for data collection. The data were obtained from six plays of Anday. According to the findings, it can be stated that the selected plays of Anday are very rich in terms of the values. As a result of the research, it was suggested to examine the plays in terms of values which are not included in this research.
